My career began with professional training at Joskos Solutions, where I developed a strong foundation in IT support, systems administration, and customer service. During this time, I worked on a wide range of IT projects for schools across London, including the installation and configuration of Windows servers, network infrastructure, desktop deployments, and classroom technology.
